Our group of 4 was hugely impressed. One of the waiters inadvertently knocked over a bottle of beer on our table. Within seconds the manageress was there to pour oil on troubled waters. She was excellent and made our evening even better. All credit to the staff on duty, they were first rate.

Try to book table for my partner because of his birthday dinner but all tables booked. Don’t like to disappoint him so call to customer service for help and you know what they tried to arrange a table for us in short time window. OMG they saved mu as life. We always love Giggling Squad and always try their food wherever we are. Best service, great and delicious food. Atmosphere always on top and perfect location as well. Highly recommend and really appreciate for helping me out.

Incredible as always! Never fails to impress us. Tried the salt and pepper squid for the first time and highly recommend - speechless! The squid melted like butter in your mouth great value for money based on the quality and quantity of food. Also excellent wine, highly recommend the Monsoon Valley from Thailand. Enjoy :)

Giggling Squid Review Giggling Squid offers a mixed Thai dining experience. The staff and service are amazing, friendly, attentive, and efficient, making us feel welcome. The atmosphere is lively and good, perfect for a casual night out. However, the food was disappointing, lacking the bold flavours expected from Thai cuisine. Some dishes were inconsistent and underwhelming. Overall, 3 stars for great service and vibe.

The Giggling Squid hosted our Christmas Party this year. We had private use of the top floor and we had a great time. The room looked fantastic, they had produced place cards for everyone, the staff were extremely attentive and the food came up promptly. There was a lack of clarity on the festive menu, so we ended up with way too much food (extra rice was not required). We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful lunch yesterday at the Giggling Squid in Tunbridge Wells. The restaurant is light, airy, clean and stylish. The staff were quick to ask about allergies and give relevant information via detailed ingredients' details on an i-pad to the member of our party who has a peanut allergy. There is a great choice of dishes at reasonable prices and all of very high quality. Staff were attentive but not intrusive and we had a lovely catch up over three courses; a bigger lunch than any of us usually have and a real treat!
